What Would You Replace Your Hand With?

Well, nicely done. You just lost your left hand in a car crash, out in the middle of nowhere, and the only doctor out there to help you is a 'Dr. Insano'. He doesn't have any prosthetic hands available, however he does have many prosthetic chainsaws, machine guns, Cooking mixers, and many more that he would be happy to attach to your arm. So, what would you choose to have him replace your hand with?

I think I'd have Dr. Insano replace my hand with a flamethrower. It'd make cooking toast a breeze!

EDIT: tho the good Doctor has cybernetic hands in stock, they only come in claw form. sorry, no hands available!

A detachable hand that can be replaced with a cybernetic hand with kung-fu grip, plus over attachments would be a machine gun, a super vacuum to attach people to me so I can repeatadly punch their balls, a screwdriver, my iPod and a calaculator. Oh and also Photon cannon blaster. Ooo a chainsaw would be nice too, also an instrument tuner would be handy aswell, also an EMP firer and also a magical tough thingy that fixes any electronical equipment I touch and bring back to life any dead being I wish to be brought back to life.
