What do you consider as the best bludgeoning weapon? It can range from being practical, because of easy handling (bat), or because its an actual weapon (staff), up to those which are profoundly both impractical (appliances) or epic (anything fictional).

As for a more minor question, what object or symbol do you think best symbolizes as an opening, doorway, pathway, anything related to an entrance?

I'd go for a baseball bat. It swings as nice as a golf club, but I think that the golfclub's greatest strength is also it's greatest weakness: because all the force is focussed in the little part at the bottom, I have the feeling that it'll bend a lot quicker than say a baseball bat.

Well, when you've got no Norse God's weapons (pfft), something like that. Or a long flail.

The key is to extend the power of your arm into a fist-like end of a weapon. Hammers, maces, drivers, flails, chains with spiked balls on the end and of course, a board with rusty nails in it.
