Many people actually talk like that. It's all the northeners accents mostly all speak slowly and unintelligiblyRebelRising said:The ones in the Fable games come to mind. Well, I learned something today; it's just that this British author my family's friends with enunciates very sharply and leaves little to no pauses between words in his speech. Im' guessing he's a southerner? Anyways, that's makes up for most of the British voices I've heard.George144 said:Many people actually talk like that. Mhm, I got into a flamewar about this on another forum (shame on me!) but we eventually came to the supposed conclusion that Americans enjoy Brits as the badguys as our accents sound more 'intelligent' than American ones, hence an intelligent badguy seems more sinister than an average Joe American baddie.messy said:the thing is in America all the real British accents are given the role of the bad guy usually.
This is why I was wondering if he was being sarcastic when he mentioned these names.D4zZ said:They are British. I met them at a carnival, they talk exactly like I do...JimmyBassatti said:Also, Nick Frost and Simon Pegg. Such fake accents.

That's what some Americans told me. I'm in no way implying either country is more clever than the other.
