What's your dream eighth-generation console?

So as the seventh-generation console is approaching around the mid-life cycle (approximately, but whatever), the possibilities of new consoles (or "expansions" of originals) are growing all the more likely. What features or specs would you want on your consoles?

Being the handheld nut that I am, there's only two things for me:
PSP2 (or whatever): Full support for PS1 and PS2 games (yeah right, I know, but a man can dream)
DSii (or whatever): Full on-line support for more games. for example, take something like PS0 (Phantasy Star Zero) and make it more like the original PSO (with an online lobby, etc.).

So what's yours?

X-super duper awesome-Box 360 able to detect the kind of game you want to play, then call it in into existance.... then it can create real things into the room as well with the deluxe attachment.
I love absurd ideas.

Im realistic. I hope the next psp will have two sticks, and the remote play (to the ps3, or 4 or whatever) eliminates the lag that comes with trying to play Psone games from your console to the handheld.
Interesting you didn't ask for a larger screen on the DS.

Some sort of cooperation between Sony and Microsoft for a console with the Xbox 360 controller, Xbox Live, web browsing, both systems game libraries, blu-ray and so on.

It would outsell everything.
This makes too much sense... can't do that. It would be F'ing awesome.

Firstly, the next Sony Console should not be called Playstation 4, or PS4 but something else.

Secondly, it should have that 3d game support they were talking about, but with some system that makes it possible to play without a super expensive 3d tv.

Thirdly, and last the controller can look the same as it does, but BIGGER. The current controller is way to small.

Can't think of much besides virtual reality. I'm quite satisfied with what the current generation offers me and will offer me in the near future.

Well ok, not to be a party pooper, in the next generation I'd like to see 2 things: properly implemented motion control controls and, MUCH more importantly: developers making proper use of it!

Now now dear sir, don't discriminate against our small handed comrades. Just bring out a big and a small controller, the PS3 one is too small for me as well (although I'm getting used to it pretty quickly), but you can't ignore the people with tiny paws hm?

Easy, the The Next Generation Holodeck. Ultimate gaming experience EVER! It can do anything, from an MMORPG to FPS to skydiving, all, feeling 100% real.

You don't know it yet, but next year the Enterprise E will shipwreck in our time.
After realising they can never go back they are supposed to blend in and stay out of Time's way. But a smart crew member will sell all of the technology on board.
That way when some aliens come around we'll already have phasers a few centuries more advanced then they, bwahahahaha!

A fully backwards-compatible Xbox 1080 that doesn't overheat and has a resigned controller with face buttons underneath that are operable by ring and little fingers and with a second thumbstick taking their place so that you get to switch between two with your right thumb.

The top right thumbstick pulls the camera out from first-person point of view into a third-person orbiting-around-avatar point of view.
The bottom right thumbstick controls first-person look/turn. As you cannot simultaneously have your right thumb on both sticks on the same side, moving from 3rd person to 1st person p.o.v. is just a matter of switching thumb position and letting the top right thumbstick spring back to its first-person centre.

It would also be nice to support a TrackIR 5 style head-tracking solution:
