I get about 10 downloads of a program I wrote every week, which isn't so bad considering it's still in the alpha stage. Asides from that, pretty much anonymous.

I'm hardly known, which is how a like it. I have my friends and that's all I need.

Though if you must know I do have a vid with almost 8000 views on the youtubes.

Hmmm well I'm a moderator of a minecraft server that has about 50 regulars. That's about it really. I don't think I'm known round here for much except for maybe the community awards. I don't really try to be internet famous because well, I don't have the time or the effort to bother.

Non-existent. The most amount of internet fame would be when one of Desert Bus credited me for a joke that made them laugh. So, yeah, non-existent. And I don't mind it at all. The highest of my Youtube videos has 1,703 views.

Ahh, an e-peen competition.

For 99.99% of us, our 'fame' is nonexistent and our presence irrelevant. Anyone thinking otherwise is seriously deluding themselves.

A viral Youtube video is not fame, much in the same manner that a man running naked on the street is not famous: Everyone will have forgotten about them in a few days.

You need to have a series of viral youtube videos, at the very least, to get any of that.

Mine? Nonexistent, just as yours.

This is exactly as stupid as those radio shows about "how are you related to a celebrity?" or "what is my subscriber amount?" - if you have to ask yourself that, then you're not famous, you're not a celebrity.

I have a Youtube account with almost 1000 subscribers because JX23 uploaded one of my videos to his channel about a year ago. I get like no views, but whatever. When it first happened I got 1000 views per video.

I wouldn't call it "fame", but it seems to be along the same lines of what people have been saying.

None at all. I'll be honest, I wouldn't mind YouTube fame, just for the partnership to make some money. And people won't bug you in the street, really.

I am vengeance...

I am the night...

I...AM...BATM- Wait, no. That's the other guy.

I'm fairly popular in places, as I tend to assert myself rather strongly.

The only people who know me well are people on the Escapist. I've made no videos, games, programs, books, websites, etc. that would get me fame.

Hardly noteworthy. I have a Youtube account that has close to 1,000 subscribers, but that number fluctuates depending on what my latest video upload is (TF2 related = gain a few. MLP related = lose a few).

I don't really care how popular I am online. I just speak my mind and post the occasional amusing video. If people like what I do, then that's just a bonus.

I was a author on a website that has since removed all the articles from the site. In terms of user comments, I wrote the most successful article on the site, clocking in at 190 comments.

Other than that, no.

Low. Very low.

I moderated a forum or two back in my day and have a couple videos on YouTube with a few thousand hits between them, but that's about it. Pretty anonymous, especially under this user-name. I'd like to keep it that way!

Can I ask what the article was about?
