Usually I'm getting killed way more than I'm actually killing people in multiplayer games, but when I do get my second wind...
I usually grin through gritted teeth and hiss "Yesssss- take that you sonuvabitch!"
If I'm being calm and professional with a sniper class I go for a "Xray/ tango down"
Mostly I just scream my head off

I don't trash talk, nor do I exclaim. I'm a very laid back gamer, and the most I'll utter is a simple "fuckin' A".

Oh yes, and once I was playing versus in left 4 dead 2 in dead center. It was the first level, and I was a jockey, waiting to ambush the survivors in a room. I just suddenly died. Behind me was my best friend with an axe. He had come in from the window, and he suddenly yelled,'I'm a fireman!'
Damn funny.
And business is good!

I love 'em. Though I'm not too snappy. My coolest kill ever was when, in the Godfather game, I was taking on some rival gangsters in a basement somewhere. One of the NPC gangsters yelled "This guy is crazy!" I retorted (in real life) "Oh, yeah? Would a crazy guy do this?" I then threw a petrol bomb (with perfect comic timing) right into that guy's face, blowing up the entire basement, wall to wall.
EDIT: Oh, I was doing an Arena match once as a scout in TF2. It was me versus two others (an enemy medic and a sniper). Cheeky fucking sniper says to me over the speech thing "Think you're going to cap that point?[/sarcasm]" I nailed that him from behind with the sandman taunt and pitched him over the fucking moon.

I don't have a quip per se, i usually just laugh and mutter some form of insults to myself (i dont play with a headset so it seems somewhat unnecessary to yell insults)
"aha.... dickhead" tends to be a favourite, though really you can replace "dickhead" with any short insult and it works nicely e.g. "aha.... bellend"

I spend a few hours on Dead Rising, just killing zombies in different ways & coming up with loads of puns/shit wordplay.
