Which Empire Earth game is the best?

I feel like playing an RTS and I remember loving Empire Earth 3 but I've heard a lot of people say Empire Earth 2 is better. What are the differences and which is better?

Well, I've only played Empire Earth 1 and 2, but I have to say Empire Earth 2 is way better. I've always heard that 3 sucks so I never bought it.

Hello, I hope I'm not late for this.
Well I've played all the EE games from 1 to 3 and this is my verdict:
1- Stay away from EE3, absolute garbage.
2- In the overall EE is the best, why EE has the best campaign stories and the player is close to the campaign characters, the devs made sure the player is always aware of what he's doing. EE2 has great stories too, also great graphics and better AI.
