Well this is an interesting thread... let's see...

OS: Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
GPU: 2x GeForce 450 GTS SLi 1.0Ghz Core / 2.142Ghz Mem @ 1.15V (modified VRM and Ram Sinks)
CPU: AMD Phenom II 965 C3 @ 4.125 Ghz (16.5x250 HT Link 2.0 Ghz)

Case: Modified NZXT Phantom

Peripherals:

Mouse: G700
Keyboard: G15
Headset: Sharkoon Xtatic 5.1
Audio: Logitech THX Surround Kit

Additional Stuff: Samsung 22.5" 1080p, HDMI out HD Plasma TV, AC-3 Out to DTS receiver 1000 watt home theater setup
Audio: Creative 7.1 X-Fi
Lights... cause it makes it go faster...
PS3 Controller Wireless, Saitek X-45 Flight Controls, Saitek Pro Cessna Rudder Pedals, Track Ir

Lapped processor

Plumbing

2x EK VGA Extreme Nickle WB
1x EK HF Supreme Cu (Gold Edition)
Phobya G-Changer 1.2 Black 360 Radiator
XSPC res-top with the swiftech 355, modified the pump to accept additional cooling fins

Next project I think I will build the PC into a desk (of my own design) with a little more exotic water cooling solution... but gaming hasn't really inspired me lately and I am off doing other projects with FPV RC.

OS: Windows 7 64bit
CPU: i5-2500 (Quad-core 3.3GHz, 3.6GHz with Turbo Boost, can't be overclocked)
GPU: GTX 560 ti, 1gb
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600mhz (4 x 2)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z68M-D2H
Storage 1: 500GB 5200rpm HDD (it's a super old one, need to get a new one)
Storage 2: 1TB 7200rpm HDD
Case: Zalman Z9 Plus

Not entirely brag-worthy, I was kind of on a budget. In a couple months I will be upgrading once I have enough saved up. Works fine for gaming, but for all the video editing and rendering I do it's kinda lackluster.

OS: Windows 7 64bit
CPU: i5-2500K with a 4.5GHz overclock, running on air cooling
GPU: GTX 660 ti with a slight overclock to 1000 GHz core clock
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600mhz
Motherboard: Asus p8p67 pro
Storage 1: 128 GB crucial m4 ssd
Storage 2: 2*1TB seagate barracudas running in raid 0
PSU: OCZ ZS series 650W

The case is a cheapo one that I've added a window and lights to and chopped up a bit (not the greatest job, but was cheap and fun to do)

not sure why I've stuck ale labels to it.

Inferior console race reporting in.

Look at my monster PC:

OS: Windows XP 32bit
CPU: Pentium D
RAM: 1GB
GPU: R4350
Screen: IPS 226
Keyboard: Microsoft wireless keyboard
Mouse: Microsoft wireless keyboard
Headphones/Speakers: Shitty AKG headphones
Internal memory: ~200gb

My laptop:

OS: Windows 7 home premium x32
CPU: Intel Core i3 CPU M 350 @ 2.27GHz
RAM: 3 GB
GPU: Intel HD graphics
Screen: No clue
Keyboard: Built in
Mouse: Wireless mouse
Headphones/Speakers: shitty AKG headphones

BOW BEFORE ME PLEBS!

But seriously, I can play a few non demanding games on low-medium settings. Though I don't really care because I only use my laptop for browsing the internet.

Well you guys can tell me if it's brag worthy.

OS: Win7 64bit
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770k @3.50Ghz
RAM: 16GB DDR3
GPU: Nvidia GTX 680, 2GB video memory
Screen: LG 1080p 24"
Keyboard: Basic Microsoft one I got about 6 years ago
Mouse: Razer DeathAdder
Headphones: Ozone, Spark

The only games that give me trouble on maximum settings are ones with 16x AA. Most of the time though I can hit a solid 60fps at 8x AA.

I'm hoping nothing dies on me because I plan to keep all this hardware for at least 5 years.

Also noteworthy is that the front of my case looks like Bane's mask :D

Haha, bring it on!

OS: Win7 64bit
CPU: Q8800
RAM: 4GB
GPU: 9600GT
Screen: 1400x900 lol
Keyboard: something from cherry
Mouse: cherry MW3000
Headphones/Speakers: something cheap from amazon that's hilariously titled Sharkoon as I just discovered

Five years old and broke just recently, so I've just decided to get a new prebuild that I know will work and has a decent warranty on it. Currently eyeing this one [http://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.medion.com%2Fde%2Fprod%2FMEDION%C2%AE%2BAKOYA%C2%AE%2BP5295%2BD%2F210017308&act=url] which has an i5-3350P and a GTX 660 with 8GB Ram my Photoshop will be happy about. Terrible deal for 679??
Haven't found a better one here in Germany yet (from reliable reputable traders anyway), but then again I lack the expertise to judge how much horsepower has good staying power and how much won't make a big performance differences some years from now whereas it *will* make a difference for my wallet right now.

I used to go low-to mid range so I decided for once to just go nuts and this is what I built.

OS: windows 7 64 bit ultimate
CPU: i5 3570k oc to 4.4
RAM: 16gigs g.skill ddr3 1866mhz
GPU: 2 gtx 670's in SLI
Screen: 27" 1080p 75refesh rate
Keyboard: corsair K80
Mouse: G5
Headphones/Speakers: ax tritton pro / logitect 5.1 surronds souns system
Case: corsair 500r (white)
Cooling: corsair h80
Hardrive: 256gb samsung 830 ssd and a 2t sata6
PSU: corsair 750w modular 80+ (either bronze or gold can't remember)
Board: Asus sabertooth z77

Bf3 on Ultra give me 90fps to 130 fps on firestorm and 150fps to 190 fps on metro.

Went for a low/mid range PC. Nothing spectacular, but it's better than a filthy console.

OS: Windows 8 64-bit (It was cheaper than Win 7)
CPU: i3 3220
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1660 mhz
GPU: MSI Twin Frozr HD 7850
SSD: Samsung 840 120GB
HDD: WD Caviar Green 500GB
Case: Bitfenix Merc Alpha (Stupidly cheap case that is actually alright)
PSU: SuperFlower Amazon (OEM Brand) 450W 80+ Gold
Screen: An old cheap brandless 1400x900 thing (I will be upgrading to a 1900x1080 IPS soon)
Keyboard: I Microsoft something or other
Mouse: G400
Headphones: I use my Bose 'phones. (Again I forget the name)

OS: Windows 7 64-bit
CPU: i7 2600k
RAM: 8gb Corsair something-or-other.
GPU: GTX 580 3GB
Screen: Asus VG278
Keyboard: It's a mac keyboard... I had limited desk space.
Mouse: Razer Diamondback. It's been used to death and is developing faults. Had to start unmapping any controls that were assigned to the mousewheel as I would go to shoot someone and end up with a grenade in my hand instead, which is the wrong tool for the job.

Headphones/Speakers: KRK Rokit 5's and AKG K 271's.

Considering an SSD but I kinda don't want the hassle.

It runs fairly cool and quiet, much better than my previous AMD build that was more like a space heater with its 140w cpu. My old build handled every game perfectly though, PC games are not that demanding. When a game from 2007 is almost the standard benchmark you know there is not much progress. I am not one for fancy peripherals like gaming mice etc, bought them in the past and they where disappointing. Instead I like well made rugged and simple equipment, the M$ stuff is surprisingly well made. Nice dense plastics with solid buttons and good sound quality from the headset.

I have a '98 Compaq laptop, 3 gig harddrive and a whole 32mb of ram. I took a soda to the keyboard and still works like a charm, how many laptop owners can say that?
