I guess if I'd have to say, I'd say Toadette. At least Waluigi was used in another game (albeit as an assist trophy in SSBB), but Toadette basically only exists to be a female Toad character...they haven't given her a back story at all, nor has she been used in any game that doesn't have the name "Mario" in front of it.

Mainly because he barely appears in his brother's games and most of the time he can simply sit at his home while his idiot brother keeps rescuing princess retard every damn day.
