Han Solo. For pure awesomeness. Always made me smile, was always really badass, wasn't afraid to speak his mind, and didn't take things so seriously.

This is actually quite hard for me, there's Yoda, Mace Windu, Han and Wedge to consider, plus Muurgh from the Han Solo trilogy of books was pretty cool, though ultimately I think it has to go to Boba Fett in the end.

Argh, it's so hard to pick just one. But I'm going to go with Darth Revan,not only because he's one of the most powerful jedi in the Star Wars universe, but also because of the way you discover who he really is in KOTOR. There hasn't been a better reveal in Star Wars since Vader told Luke he was his father in Empire. Now if only the people who wrote the story for KOTOR wrote the story for the prequels.
