Auguste Escoffier. Hands down. He basically created the kitchen brigade systeem and made cooking something to aspire to, not just something you fell into due to a criminal background or inability to do anything else. He was known as the king of chefs, and the chef of kings for a reason.

Jesus Christ, Mohandis Gandhi, Socrates, and Buddha... those would be the obvious choices.

My grandfather and grandmother that both died either before i was born or when i still too young to remember them. Famous wise, Steve Irwin. He was my inspiration for working with animals and it was always my dream to meet him.

Oooh this is delightful

-Albert Einstein
-Hunter S. Thompson
-Adolf Hitler (The man was a genius)
-Joseph Stalin (See above)
-Socrates, perhaps
-Buddha, for a little insight
-Mark Twain, genius, nothing more, nothing less

All seem like logical choices to me, I mean, I'm sure that i could have an intelligent conversation with all of them.

I would say Hitler but then I realized he's German... So that would be a waste of time.
So, my Grandad.
