Why do people hate griefers?

When everyone agrees for griefing, it can be quite hilarious.

Like the one time my whole team started building sentries in TF2

They were EVERYWHERE

When we have been in Blue for three expletive minutes and some guy on my team (who had previously stolen most of the the ammo and guns/weapons and TOSSED THEM OUTSIDE) decides to blow up our barricade shouting 'OLOLOLOLOL' like some sort of broken infant, I think I have the right to be a tad miffed. Especially the third time.

im trying to enjoy a game i paid for and people like you like to dick around because you obviously suck at the game and cant kill anything that isnt stinding still and helping you.
