Witcher 2 lock-on mod?

I recently broke in Witcher 2, and I have to agree with one of Super Bunnyhop's criticisms with the game. Specifically, the lack of a real hard lock on mechanic (think the Z-targeting mechanic in Ocarina of Time, for the five or so not in the know). Considering how actiony the combat is, and that this mechanic's been around since the 90s, as much as I love CDProjekt Red, this is unacceptable. While I'm willing to deal if that's what's needed to beat the game, nevertheless, is there a mod that gives at least a Dark Souls-styled hard lock-on?

tl;dr Is there a mod that makes the targeting in Witcher 2 more like the one in Dark Souls or Zelda: Ocarina of Time? (or will I have to deal with it?).

If I remember correctly, and I might not at all. There should be a kind of soft-target lock on so that you'll automatically attack the target closest to the direction you're facing or moving, so you don't flail your arms around in the air right next to an enemy.

This makes the combat great. It's made by one of the devs. There's no auto lock on, but you get an auto block instead, and makes the signs more useful in combat. For instance, when someone hits you from any angle, you auto block it using one block of stamina, but you can also use the Quen sign as a super block that stuns them. Lots of little changes that add up to make the combat really fluid and fun, and less punishing.

There's way more problem with the combat then just the lock on.
Yes, but a good lock on mechanic would make things a lot better.
True enough. Being able to properly focus your attentions makes many games better. (From DMC to Witcher 3)

The combat rebalance?, I do have it installed. A hard lock would still be nice though.
