Worst accident you've ever had?

We've all accidently done something in our lives, but there has to be one that sticks out, one that you can not forget about!
This is the thread to tell us about it.

I'll go first (not like I have a choice...)
Just recently I was doing my homework, I took about 2 of the pills I have to take to concentrate, like maybe 30 minutes later I found out that I took 6 of those pills because I was so damn frustrated with my homework and I thought it was because I wasn't concentrating enough.
Whatever was in those pills got me talking to myself and seeing things for the rest of the day...but hey I finished my work! (and got almost every question wrong.)

I ran my Nissan 300ZX into a telephone pole, pushing the engine block entirely into the passenger side seat. And it was still running. 6 inches to the left and the damn thing would have split me in half.

And my damn air bag didn't even go off.

I broke my arm when I was 8.
I have had many, many, MANY small injuries because I'm kind of accident prone, but I don't get major injuries.

When I was 8 I tripped over a speed bump and skinned half of my face.

When I was about 12, my jean pant let got caught in my bike chain as I was riding it. It locked up the bike, tore my jeans like no other, and I flipped and scraped my knee and shin on the gravel. Blood everywhere.

When I was around the same age, I was with my friend and we had the bright ideas to tie her dogs to our scooters (the self-push kind) while we went riding (A Siberian Husky and a German Shepherd). I had the Shepherd and they both were ok with us walking them like that (as in they weren't scared of the scooters) but the dog crossed in front of me. I didn't want to hit her so I tried to stop and when I went to hit the brake, my foot got caught on her leash and I slammed down on it, which sent me flying OVER the dog and into the sidewalk. My glasses were snapped and I got a good side cut right above my eyebrow. We had blood everywhere then too and the only thing we had to stop the bleeding was my white jacket. Yeah, it looked like we murdered someone. >.>

wrapped my BMW around a tree (passenger side or i'd be dead) on the way to work. worst thing was i was like 300m's from home and my parents heard the whole thing.

I wasn't seriously injured, but it hurt like hell.

Well, it hurt a lot, but it healed up quick! No scars or anything.

When I was 16, a case (12 gallons) of antifreeze (the highly-poisonous, non-environmentally-friendly kind) fell off a pallet from the upper floor of the back warehouse at the department store where I was working (first job, never had to work at a fast food place thank heavens, but this was bad enough) It missed hitting me, but when it hit the concrete floor, its contents pretty much exploded all over me and all over the floor surrounding me. Naturally, since antifreeze is highly slippery, I fell on my ass and wound up absolutely drenched with the stuff. No rear exit to the building I could use, either, so I had to walk out into the store, embarrassed as all hell and dripping highly-toxic antifreeze, find my manager to let him know what happened, grab a bunch of newspapers to put on the seat of my car so I didn't ruin the upholstery, drive home, take a shower, put new clothes on, and then immediately go back to work.

Oh yeah, and I got docked pay for the hour and a half it took for me to go get cleaned up and changed.

Me and my bf were driving back from out of town and we both kinda fell asleep and we ended up destroying his fenders when we bounced off of the siderails...we can joke about it now...but then it was scary, and my best friend's mom was behind us when it happened...one of my greater FML's...
