Dude, I'm no grammar nazi, but work on your spelling. It doesn't have to be perfect but it just gets in the way when it's like that.

Right now, EA is the best, because Bioware is on top of it's game, EA has also been branching out and taking risks with unestablished games like Brutal Legend and Mirror's Edge.
Worst? Activison seems to have only the almighty dollar in mind, and players are starting to realize just what that means. COD every year? Guitar Heros every other month? No thanks you soulless corporation.
EDIT: Note I said Activision, not Activision-Blizzard. I think the guys over on the Blizzard side seem to know what they're doing (except the RealID thing), and are giving their fans what they want.

In my mind, double fine has never made a bad game. Plus the enviornment their is fresh, their blog is gillsrious, but they update so little, it's ridiculous. Insomniac is also great. I won't say naughty dog because they won't start on a new jack and daxter game. As for bad developers, I don't care much for harmonics. Only music games? Terrible.
My favorite developer is either Bioware or Bungie, both have been really awesomefor the longest time. I don't really hate any developers except maybe EA Sports.
