I'll just say that once you get used to dual analogue driving the warthog doesn't handle that badly.
No specific examples come to mind so I'll just say any video game vehicle whose control is determined by whatever direction it's facing as opposed to screen directions. That Newgrounds flash game posted earlier is a good example.
I think the car in HL2:Ep2 was designed to handle like a sack of bricks, much like the two vehicles in HL2.. I would like to think it was a clever gameplay device because it is probably a lot harder to deliberately make something handle badly using high end physics than it is to accidentally make some handle badly. Its partly because the vehicle in HL2 are supposed to be cobbled together from nothing and partly (in my mind) a parody of things that handle 'realistically' in racing games yet still suck. You must never forget the Valve sense of humour...
ya, bitching about the HL2 vehicles is wrong because they were designed to be that shitty. if im not mistaken, they are just engines, batteries, fueltanks, wheels, and rebar put together in a way to make a car/boat/plane that somewhat works. they are not made by Artificers who spend months tweaking the weight distributions and increasing the smoothness of the ride, they are built over a long span of time because the people need a fast, lightweight vehicle.
and the Camaro was originally made in Garry's Mod

This thread is gonna' open up a can of Halo flamewar worms.
the pilots of the triplanes if skilled enough, could roll and flip them
the Warthog's driving system is annoying so long as you do not remember you are driving a warthog. the F-22 is definitively the hardest thing i have controlled in any game, as it is fast enough to cross the map i found it in in absolutely no time flat, and then it just crashed into a mountain, to even control it is a nightmare if you are just trying out the game
In real life... an mid to late 90's Ford Explorer on Firestone tires.
In games, I'd have to say that Tokyo Exteme Racer cars once they got over 40 mph, they would not turn until you got down to about 15.
I was going to say the Mako, but then I remembered a little experience I went through when I played Call of Duty 3, the tank. No matter what I did I could not get that tank to go where I wanted it to go, and then there's the camera, the game seemed to think I wanted to look at trees so the camera has me looking at the branches of a nearby tree and it stays there for the entire level. I eventually resorted to just firing in random directions and with that you can obviously imagine how surprised I was when the mission complete cutscene began to play.
When your taking a 90 degree turn at 60mph, yeah it slides a lot. The cars in gta 4 are pretty accurate, but since you don't see a speedometer, it's hard to know if the speed is right or not.

I expect that kind of movement at that speed, but not at a speed where Im being passed by the NPC cars. Seriously, pulled a complete U-Turn at about ((estimated)) 15-20 mph.

I never had an issue with the Mako handling. The terrain was just harsh. I'm gonna cast a vote for almost all the vehicles in GTA 4. That was some shitty handling.
Regrettably, even though this is one of my favorite PS2 games, I'm gonna have to say any land vehicle in Jak 3. The slightest touch too much would have me doing donuts while marauders ram into me and blast me to bits.
