Hold the grenade in your hand so when you throw it it will detonate faster therefore creating a greater garuntee of it killing your target


if you just threw the grenade he would have about 3 seconds to move away which would result in a waste of a grenade and a escaped target

so when ever in a FPS

COOK THOSE GRENADES !!!

Any car racing games that has "catch up".. Drive like a god all the way to the end, crash in the goal post, everybody passes you and you end up last..

God I hate that. I drive like a bloody demon, I get ages ahead, I make the tinest mistake and suddenly I have car's smashing into the back of my car(I drop from 300 KP/H to 200 KP/H, and they some how manage to cover a K in a split second.)

Stevie's Car missions from GTA: IV spring to mind. I'll get right near the end to the drop off point and suddenly a car smashes into my rear end then gives me a 1 star wanted level. I've had to cross the bridge to get to the Re-spray shop to fix so many cars because of this. Only somebody who was asleep at the wheel could have done it with the space I provide for them.

In Yahtzee's Trilby: The Art Of Theft, when you have finished all the missions painstakingly then finished 99% of the final mission (being all of the heists back-to-back) and you set off that last alarm!! DAMN YOU YAHTZEE!!!!!!!!

Final Fantasy 2. Literally a random battle AFTER EVERY STEP for 10 steps and I was severely weaker in comparison to the enemies in there. Almost lost interest in the game had I not been able to get out of that dungeon and restock on healing items.

I was so addicted to the first Saints Row that I never took the 2 seconds to save. I ended up going a shitload the game and it erased.

I remember back when GTA:SA first came out, I had pretty much put in in my PS2 and played the storyline straight for 13 hours or so without saving. Powercut.

burnout 3 .. i was on the final lap of the final race (that i repeated a good 100 times because i kept losing) and just as i was an inch from the finish line ... i dunno what happened my car must of ran over a peice of paper or some shit ... and my car goes into crash sequence and swervs off the road and stops ... as i see 6 quick flashes go past the finish line ... yep ... last place ... and how it happened was still beyond me

i came to the conclusion that the game hated me so i put it in a blender then threw it out of the window .... fuck burnout 3!!!!

GTA:SA just finished that mission where you have to rescue roman from that warehouse (i'm leaving here with roman!!) stocked with dudes with submachineguns. after my 5th attempt, i'm driving away through the industrial place when KABLAM! my car explodes for NO reason, i suspect i drove over a barrel or something. my pad slid from my limp hands as I looked at the screen in disbelief and yelled "WHAT THE FUCK!!!"

Definitely in Rugby 08. There was this one match where EVERYTHING went wrong. All my kicks and drop goals hit the posts, my hooker caused me to lose all my scrums, I lost about 50% of rucks even when I 4 players in the ruck and my opponent 1 or 2, my useless hooker (again) gave away all my lineouts, one of my Wings and my Second Row got injured... it was unbearable.

I love that game! Nobody else seems to have it though, I can't wait for the 2011 one.

I didn't know it was coming out! I'll be looking forward to it obsessively. It'll probably be out for one of the current-gen consoles, which means I'll have to play it on the PC. Which means I have to get a gamepad, and I don't want to spend money on that. Cruel world!
I'd love to see more clubs in the new version, they didn't have enough of them in 08.

Hasn't been confirmed but I wouldn't count on EA missing a chance to make money from the world cup. New clubs would be awsome andI can't wait untill they update the rosters, some of them were out of date even when it came out!

I am terrible at racing games, i always crash into every corner and at the lest lap finish line when i'm in first place.

maybe there's a chance you were playing with me when it happened.

I'd say throwing a grenade in Medal of Honor: Airborne and having a friendly AI run up in front of you and the grenade explodes on you

GTA4, I was in an alleyway armed to the teeth, shooting at anything that came inside my little killzone. Fairly soon a helicopter came on to the scene, harmlessly clacking about, unable to hurt me in my narrow sanctuary as I gunned down wave after wave of donut biters.

After ten or so minutes, the omnipresent clacking stops, and I turn around to see a curious sight. The tail of the helicopter is sitting not 10 meters behind me, as if it had always been there.

Then, in a "waaaait a minute" moment, I look directly up just in time to see the rest of the helicopter come crashing down on my sorry ass.

They really wanted me dead, apparently.

Mine would be left 4 dead, i was achievement hunting man vs tank with 1 of my buddies on normal and somehow got it to glitch so the tank spawn when the heli shows up in no mercy got stuck on the chopper till my friend went and pissed it off at which point suddenly i found my self face to face with another one who hit me away from my hiding place and to add to the un-coolness straight to a THIRD tank yes three tanks. I don't know how many of you read ctrl-alt-del comics but after being incapped by them all three then gathered to beat me to death, and to top it off I was even Francis.

Pretty much in GTA: Vice City. I remember it being a mission where I had managed to get to my chopper, fly back halfway across the blasted city before landing at my base to finish a mission but I flew too low to the ground and the FBI shot my ass down.
