I've recently got myself a gaming PC and already rebought Oblivion but that was more to let me use Morroblivion than anything else. I'm getting a little bored of shitty optimisation on New Vegas and Skyrim though and they're more expensive to replace. I haven't heard any exceptional mods that have been made for either game and I'd just like to know if you PC gamers would consider the addition of mods and not having to deal with the game occasionally spitting in my face for playing it on a PS3 worth the cost of buying the game all over again.

Yeah when a game's coming out that I know is going to be buggy and moddable it'll be a PC buy. I didn't know I'd have a gaming PC when Skyrim and New Vegas were released though :)

I shall PM you a guy records a youtube channel for all sorts of addable content, quests and mods for New Vegas and some Skyrim. He records new quests with new material so he never does anything that's from vanilla New Vegas or Skyrim.

Look at what he's reviewed for them and see if its all worth the repurchase!
Apologies if his brand of reviewing isn't to your taste by the way :L

I re-bought Sim City 4 on Steam because my new OS no longer supports the game from the original disc, and I swear it is even more fun than I remembered it being (though it probably helps that I'm older now and I know what the hell I'm doing).

Download this mod, it fixes the games' broken transport system.

You see, the cars in the game take the shortest route rather than the fastest one. The results in huge pileups through the same roads, leaving others empty. This fixes that.
Man, thanks. I've got a city with that exact problem. I got a nice subway system going, got a whole bunch of routes that go to the industrial district, and what do the people who still take cars do? They all take the same damn road.

Something else I noticed today with the seaports: The arrow which shows the seaport's road access is on the side, which is a pain in the ass to try and line up and still have enough road to get to the access. Impossible, really. But I noticed you can have the road touching any side of the seaport on the land side and it will work :-\ Go figure.
