Albert Wesker, Alex Mercer, Sephiroth

Well you did say I could have 3 fictional characters, and real people tend to be less effective than fictional ones. Besides, imagine if these 3 guys teamed up? I have only seen Sephiroth fight in Kingdom Hearts but he seems damn terrifying. Alex can defeat the US military single handedly. And Alby can dodge infinite amounts of bullets even if he cant see where they are coming from, or even if there is no room to dodge them.

He can also dodge explosions, even if they happen right at his feet. He can also survive in lava, and being shot in the back 5 times with a bow and arrow while simultaneously being beat up by a big muscle man. In fact alby is a little bastard.
