For those of you who dont know, "Bachelor Food" is when you take mismatched food from whatever is lying around, (usually whatever is left in your cupboards/fridge from having little-no money. case in point, the bachelor lifestyle) and mixing them together to form a generally disgusting meal replacement.
Examples may include(but are not limited to)
Uncooked bacon and strawberry jam on whole wheat bread toast.
Cheese Whiz and Taco mix with Spam sandwiches.
Peanut Butter(chunky) and Pizza Sauce on Balogna slices.

So tell me, when forced to eat mismatched foods, wheather it be from boredom or poverty, what have you eaten?
If you make stuff up, please specify, because I am curious as to what peope have eaten when given no choice.
for the record, I have eaten the exemples above, they were surprisingly okay(accept the bacon, I should have cooked it)

Also, how was my description, I tried to make my own without Answers or Wiki, how did I do?

I try not to mix-n-match food. But I do enjoy a bread sandwich (a slice of bread between two slices of bread).

I don't tend to do that, but my Brother had Cupcakes and Bologna once before, would that count?

I had a pickles and raspberry jam sandwich before. And also sour creme and green olive sandwich. Both were surprisingly good. But.. I'll stick to an actual sandwich when I can.

I've been very, very poor, but I have never thrown together mismatched food---I've always found some way to make a plausible meal.

That said, I have a very simple recipe involving a pound of ground pork, a can of corn, and about 4 ounces of A-1 sauce cooked into a reduction. I've been calling it "Purina Bachelor Chow" since 1996---BEFORE Futurama went on the air!

Ramen + Spaghettios = Double the nutrition.
But, as for non-readycook meals, the weirdest I've "made" is Bacon Poptarts.

Well, I'm a bachelorette... But all the same, I eat Banquet fried chicken a lot... and lots and lots of corndogs. And just the other day, I sat and ate a family sized bag of lays by myself like a friggin pig.

Funny thing is, I'm losing weight. And my blood sugar is too low WTF.

Whaaaa-
Did you go see a doctor about this? I eat a LOT of sugar, but apparently my blood sugar level was still appropriate. But too low? The hell? o_O

OT:Junk food. A lot of it. Yeah, I know it's lame.
I don't get it either... With all the junk I eat every day... And my average body weight has dropped from 145 lbs to 130. No acne, either. Not that I'm complaining, but still. It's strange.

I thought I was the only one! Haha!

I've never actually been unable to make something somewhat good out of the food in my fridge though. So I guess I fail for bachelor food.
