For me, it's easy: Interstate '76, online multiplayer.
Interstate '76 was plagued by hackers, who could use hex editors to unlock unkillable vehicles w/ unlimited ammo. There was one catch, though: the game's flamethrower weapons could frag anyone - hackers included.
One time I came upon a free-for-all arena being terrorized by a large black tank named "Adolf Hitler" who was spewing lots of white supremacist garbage as he blew up the other players at will. So I logged out and switched to my "hacker-killer" car - a heavy armored sedan equipped with nothing but flamethrowers.
With a little bit of fancy wheel-work, I killed Adolf Hitler and restored peace to the desert. Now that's what I call a memorable kill.
