For me i would like to see Sam Fisher (Splinter Cell) and Ezio Auditore (Assassin's creed 2) personally i think while Sam would go from cover to cover looking for Ezio Ezio would be on a roof watching him and just as Sam gives up Ezio leeps off the roof and assassinates him.
