Actually, I don't think a 'really cheap rocket' is such a good idea. A better idea is setting up a Helium-3 mining facility on the moon, once the fusion reactor technology starts working, we're gunna want Helium-3 reactors since they don't produce radiation and are supposedly more efficient. Helium-3 will become the new oil and with its continual need for rocket launches and transporter landings, rocket technology will expand and become mass-produced, ergo cheaper. I suspect we'll be looking at Firefly levels (Although without the landing on the planet, but that's dependant on the technology level, so picture it based off space stations) in around 50 years, assuming that humanity continues to expand into the universe rather than do what we usually do and find a new resource, setup a grand road and then never stray off it.topsyturvy said:

also i would invent an car that runs on watter (not a boat), the engine would get the watter and remove the oxigen from the watter using aluminium bars producing Hydrogen, techinicaly a hydrogen powered car
ps: i know that all aluminum bars are covered in aluminium oxide but it can be dissolven by an substance whose name i have forgotten
so you can power the world using watter and alluminium
