Well, after the success of my first cartoon thread. I decided to create more cartoon related threads. This time I like to hear who's your favorite cartoon villain.
Here are some guidelines:

It can be any villain from any cartoon.
Anime is OK but I'm looking for cartoon villains
Please specify why.

I guess the title says it all?
For me, the Liquidator from Darkwing Duck.
He's a bloke (or dog?) made of water who has all the abilities (and weaknesses) associated with that.

I'm going to go with Krang on this one.

Why has there been not even a mention of Krang since the 90s cartoon? He's not in the movies or any of the new cartoons.

the one with the dog called muttley, you can tell hes awesome by his moustache.....you no the guy.....from catch that pigeon....and tht racing cartoon......i may have a slightly bad memory

Dick Dastardly? If his pigeon-catching and race-fixing careers go south, he'll always have a place in porn with a name like that.

My favourite villain? Venger. Dungeons and Dragons. I remember him being awesome and terrifying, which is why I probably shouldn't hunt the series down on DVD. Re-watching the original Transformers cartoon taught me a harsh lesson in the power of nostalgia-goggles.

EDIT: Ooh, ninja'd. While I'm here, how could I forget the fiendish and manipulative gods from Ulysses 31? Not many villains could pull off their level of genuine menace. The excellent musical score helped a lot in that regard.

Marvin the Martian, the original evil genius armed with a death ray pointed at earth in cartoons, and sworn enemy in Duck Rodgers in the 23 1/2 century. I don't know why, he just struck a chord within me when I was young, I think it was the black orb for a head, and it would explain why my favorite character in all of the final fantasy games ever made was Vivi from FF9.

SKELETOR!

Whether it was the original series, the 2003 revival, or even the New Adventures of He-Man, Skeletor was always the best baddie. Well, maybe not in the early episodes of New Adventures, where his skull was green and he had ping-pong ball eyes. Still evil, but utterly goofy-looking.
