Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem; I just loved every little thing about it. Sure, it didn't scare me, but it was absolutely fantastic. Second place would be Silent Hill 2. Which both games are, coincidentally, my favourite games of all time. Followed by Alan Wake as a 4th most favourite game of all time and 3rd favourite horror game.

Silent hill 2 was really good.

the first two hours of RE4 nearly crapped my pants.

mine are the same, i loved clock tower 3 but cant find a copy of it anywhere now.
