I had so many great teachers that it's hard to choose. I'll narrow it down to 2 from primary and 2 from secondary.
Mr Reynolds. He was a loads of fun. He always had jokes to tell, a smile on his face and horrendously bad luck. He got hit by a car on two separate occasions. One broken leg and I think something else on the other one like a fractured collar bone. He still came in.
Ms Foreman. She was something of a rarity. I used to annoy her a bit because I didn't really pay much attention to the little lectures we used to get and yet I still aced every progressive english test that we had. I did worse than I expected in my year 6 English SAT exam - I got a 4 - and she actually appealed to the governors and got me into the higher tier in secondary. She even took me bowling with her daughter.

Mr Patterson. Imagine, if you will, a cross between Stephen Fry and Jeremy Clarkson. He was one of the best english teachers I've ever had and he had a great personality. He'd swear all day long and he never set any homework because he thought it was a waste of time. It wasn't to last, though. We came back from the summer holidays to find out that he'd died of a brain tumour.
Finally, Mr Allen. What can I really say that will do him justice. A 50yr old PE teacher with the stamina & power of a 20yr old. He took the piss out of everyone, everything and anything. The man was just a legend. There are even tribute videos for when he left the school.
