Your Favourite Four

To celebrate International Games Week (that's a thing?), one of my employers sent out a survey for our social media page, for staff to nominate our favourite video game, PC game (I assume the former means console game effectively, it isn't specified whether these need to be exclusive), mobile game, and board game. For a bit of fun, thought I'd post my results here, see what others come up with (though even if you wanted to, you won't be put into results).

So, on that note:

-Console: The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
-PC: StarCraft II
-Board Game: Chess (or if that doesn't count, Scrabble)
-Mobile Game: Command & Conquer: Rivals

I'll feature tabletop games in general with board games since I'm not much of a board game player and most non-minis/TT players do tend to conflate them.

Console - Ghost of Tsushima (still need to get the DLC, but not had much time for gaming lately)
PC - Total War: Warhammer II (with all the game 2 DLC, including access to Mortal Empires, though this may be superceded by WHIII eventually)
Tabletop Game - Warmachine & Hordes (currently at least, though I haven't played it that much lately and I've started Warcaster: NeoMechanika which is a 'smoother' game so far)
Mobile Game - ... (honestly don't know, I'd have to get back on that one as I don't play mobile games much, and not at all in recent years)

Console: Toss up between God of War 2018 and Spider-man PS4. Obviously I have terrible memory and these just so happen to be the most recent ones that came to mind (excellent games though).

PC: Skyrim maybe. Playing it with mods really made me think that getting a proper PC should be a top priority.

Board Game: Card game really, but Monopoly Deal. Or possibly Jenga.

Mobile Game: Vector, a cool little 2D parkour platformer from a time when mobile games weren't required to be live service.

My choices likely aren't going to surprise anyone.

Console - Final Fantasy 7 Remake
PC - Final Fantasy 14
Tabletop Game - Dungeons and Dragons.
Mobile Game - Cookie Clicker

Console - I don't know... Starfox 64 or Bayonetta 2
PC - I don't know... Hedon or Undertale... or Hollow Knight... or Deltarune... or... you know what, skip this one.
Tabletop Game - I guess Warmachine but its been years since I played it.
Mobile Game - Tropicats

Console: I'm guessing this means console Exclusive so....Shadow of the Colossus.
PC: There are so fucking many. HALP!
Board: I guess Ticket to Ride since I haven't played Board games very much.
Mobile: Rusty Lake: Roots(Granted, I've played like 5 mobile games so it's a pretty small pool)

• Console - Streets of Rage 4.
• PC - Serious Sam: The Second Encounter.
• Board games: Mouse Trap, Sorry, and Chinese Checkers.
• Mobile: Temple Runner. I barely ever touched mobile games, so I have little options.

Mobile Game: Terraforming Mars (digital board games are the best mobile games)

Board Game: Dominion
Mobile: Like many others, my experience is severely limited. Can I cheat and say that I've enjoyed Bejewelled, a title primarily developed for mobile markets, on PC?

Console... the original Worms on PlayStation, does that count? If not then Tekken 2.

PC: Fallout New...no, thr...no, ffffou...argh .

Board game: I'll say that includes tabletop/PnP and go with um... Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay

Mobile game... None
