Your Gamescom hopes and predictions.

Since Gamescom is now only a fortnight away, I thought it might be worthwhile to see what people's hopes and predictions are for the event in Cologne.

And since I started the thread, I may as well kick it off with a couple of mine.

In one that is half hope/half expectation, I believe that we'll have some form of announcement about a possible Crackdown 3. MS has been dropping hints recently with Phil Spencer being spotted wearing a Crackdown T-Shirt, them saying that the Crackdown agility orb being shown during the Xbox One reveal wasn't an accident and of course, Crackdown being one of the Xbox 360's Games For Gold this month seem to show that Crackdown may very well make its' return.

I expect that both the PS4 and Xbox One will have their release dates revealed, at least for Europe.

And finally, as a hope, anything about Half-Life 3? I laugh at the ridiculous rumours like everyone else but it would be nice to know at some point that this thing still actually exists. I would say The Last Guardian as well, but that would be infinitely more likely to be shown at the Tokyo Game Show than anywhere else.

Half-Life 3 is dead. People need to accept this and stop hoping.

Yeah, Tokyo definitely makes more sense to me. Although, maybe they'll just say it's cancelled. Anyway, I don't really have any hopes.

I never even heard of Gamescon until today.
So who knows what will be going on.

I am just going to sit here and here what they have to say (and let's hope on of things is dropping off online pay for PS4...which will never happen.)
