Your wingspan vs height

I know this is a completely random topic for a gaming forum, but anyways here it goes:
1. How tall are you (please give your height from time of the day bc your height varies throughout the day)?
2. What's your armspan/wingspan (both the same thing)?
They say your wingspan is the same as your height, but I disagree bc we all have different bodily proportions. I am only 5,9 1/2 in the morning (5,8 3/4" in the evening) and yet my armspan is just a little over 6 ft.

Wings? I certainly wish I had them but sadly ~cranes neck around~ I don't.
I'm six foot tall, I'm pretty sure my arm-span is a bit less.

Height changes throughout the day? That's completely new to me. What causes it?

i was checked out by the doctors, (I haven't bothered to measure myself) apparently my arm span is 3 inches longer than my height. I'm an anomaly though, most people have shorter arms in comparison to their body :p

I was 6'8" about 2 years ago, I'd assume it's still the same.

As for wing span, I'd say it's within about 6 inches. I'm entirely too lazy to get out a tape measure and record it though, so that'll have to do.

The weight of your head causes your spine to become compressed. When you lie down, the spine extends to its normal length after a few hours.

My arm span is less than my height since I have short limbs but the height = arm span is the mean proportion.

A humans actual wingspan would be massive because our bones aren't hollow and the amount of lifting force needed would call for our wings to be enormous. As far as I know though, my armspan is my height.
Since I'm one of the few people here who actually has wings I will give you that as well. My wingspan is approximately 24' Each wing is about 12 feet long.

Ok a lot of you ppl are confused about the fact that wingspan and arm span are exactly the same things. Why I mentioned this topic? Well, I am a basketball player, and 'wingspan' is a commonly discussed thing in basketball because your reach is obviously very important. My wingspan isn't actually that long compared to my height. I have a friend who's the same height as me but his wingspan is nearly 6,3"!

Compression of the lumbar. The longer you stay upright during the day, the longer your spine has to support your weight. The cartilage between the disks becomes compressed, and by the end of the day, I'm actually two inches shorter (6'7" in the morning versus 6'5" at night). When you lie down to sleep, your spine decompresses.

Whoa, you sure have a daily peak vs daily minimum height! From my measurements, I only shrunk about 1/2-3/4" throughout the day (but then again, I am pretty skinny weighing only 140 lbs at 5,9 ish).
