I don't even need to look it up to know that's by Tim Follin. Dude was a wizard, cuz that's the only explanation for how he got some sound chips to produce the music he composed. Also famously did Silver Surfer and a whole bunch of other weirdly good soundtracks for otherwise crappy to average at best games.
