Played and beat Returnal for review! I loved it and I have never enjoyed a rougelite. Marty and I share our thoughts here. And yes, Housemarque is from Finland, not Sweden. Whoops.

Reviews are coming in great from what I am seeing! The high-speed movement I've been seeing reminds me a lot of Vanquish, minus the rocket sliding. You still move fast, and this is what Quantum Break should have been. I usually don't do rouge-lites, but I will give this a shot when PS5s are available and on sale.

I lost my taste for roguelikes/lites and despise bullet-hell games, so this is really looking like a hard pass for me.

So far so good. I may buy it.
Yeah im not an official critic so i have to wait for the game to actually be out. Played it last night for a few hours. Wanna get a little more time in before posting thoughts.
So far thought i would not call it a Roguelike. It looks like a Roguelike but it doesnt do the typical Roguelike things you would expect. Or Roguelites whatever the word is actually called.
