Judge in Rittenhouse case might be a tad biased.

That’s all bullshit. He’s a teenager and yes I’d obviously say the same if he was on the other side I am the other fucking side. Any scenario where a teenager “pays for a decision for the rest of their life” is a social failure, as is the scenario that led to him taking lives in the first place, which is only made worse by him having one career path and that being “right-wing grifter.” You are actively praying for a bad outcome because it’s more cathartic. Personally I hope he gets the world’s most boring job and never has to think about this again. That would be ideal.
Want me to save you a spot in the pit?

Please shut up.
Has that ever worked?

Like at least say "You're not helping" and I might consider it more.

The social media stuff is clear hyperbole unless people really do think Kyle wanted a 4 door car to pick up more prostitutes lol

The best outcome for him would have been jail. If you're old enough to kill, you're old enough to face the consequences of that.
Teenagers who rape are held accountable for life. The Sex Offender registry is for life. Teenager who cause car crashes where people die are held accountable by insurance companies. Teenagers, for better or worse, are not immune to life-long consequences simply because they have -teen as their age.
Im not being cathartic or angry. Im simply stating the truth, he's going to be judged his entire life for this. No one hiring him is going to be able to separate him from what's happened here. That's just how it is. He's going to give a Fox news exclusive interview about how liberals are the problem and guns are manly, he'll be paraded around at far-right rallies, Trump will probably shake his hand and call him a hero who did the right thing, hats and shirts, he'll be on Fox news as an expert witness the next time there's a right-wing shooter, he'll do a bookdeal, probably a commercial for the NRA. That's just going to be how it is. He'll be a right-wing prop until he kills again or gets a DUI or it turns out he's gay, and then the TV spots and talking events will dry up and he'll realize how fucked he truly is.

Hey, did you know that you know nothing at all about any of these subjects and can in fact stop? He, hundreds like him, and hundreds more to come, were all there because they have social media feeds that are now full of references to #whiteboywinter in the hopes that they too will murder shoplifting thugs. As stated, please stop hurting America.

Im not wrong. That's what's going to happen. Just like I said more right-wing people will take heart from this and show up from out of state with guns, and we had some appear outside the courthouse a few days ago. Asking me to stop doesn't mean Im wrong, just you don't like the truth.

Good. Too many people conflated what lead up to the event with the actual shootings. He wasn't on trial for his life for bringing a gun to a protest, he was on trial for killing two people and wounding another. It didn't take very long before I decided it was self-defense. I'm glad the jury wasn't intimidated into making the wrong choice.

Only because its exclusive focus is profitability through immediate engagement which overvalues conservative news sites like Breitbart. There are theoretical “universal media platforms” that aren’t so concerned about outraged investors that they refuse to read their own ethics research telling them they’re creating brownshirts and causing ethnic cleansings.

Yeah see that’s dumb and why I clarified.

To be less obtuse, your belief that this is the only option is part of why it is the only option.

That would have been a sensible charge. Probably would have gotten that if they tried. Especially if they wanted to stick him on something, that seems like an obvious win.
No really, for that they'd have had to shown his actions could have deliberately put others at risk and the only real evidence on that was the 2 shots Kyle fired and missed after being kicked in the head.

The whole angle the prosecution tried for reckless endangerment (because they did try) was to claim it was reckless for Kyle to use I think it was jacketed ammo and not hollow point ammo. Which ignore that hollow point ammo is seen as more lethal while the ammo Kyle used is more likely to penetrate. The argument was by picking the ammo he did it should be wreckless endangerment because it could have penetrated one person and hit some-one behind them. But as it's a standard kind of ammoit would be a bad ruling as any shooting using it could be called as reckless endangerment too.

Basically Kyle being a good shot saved him from that charge.

As stated, please stop hurting America.
Hey now America is doing enough to hurt itself without me doing anything. Also I tried helping before and that's how I ended up in this pit. Also I thought you were an anarchist isn't this what you want? Anarchy and chaos?

You are very blatantly missing a very obvious point.
No I get it. Me knowing what's going to happen is unfair because you'd rather it not. Recognizing the right-wing media cycle of creating heroes out of terrible people doing horrible things to generate outrage watching by right-wing viewers and get politicians to value their popularity by how soon they can be seen being friendly to those heroes and try to get some reflected media attention is simply cheating.
Hey anyone remember when Mike Huckabee paraded Kim Davis the clerk who refused to issue same-sex marriage licenses in Kentucky around in his bid for president, and then stopped when it turned out she had kids out of wedlock and had been married 3 times? I do! And what ever happened to Davis? Sued into oblivion by the couples she refused to help, and as of just last year she was still trying to get it overturned and failed.
Anyone remember Cliven Bundy, the right-wing rancher who refused to pay grazing fees and was seen as a right-wing hero for sticking it to the man and got a spot on Fox news...until he said the "negroes" never leaned to "pick cotton?"
Fuck, anyone remember Joe the Plumber?! Turns out he wasn't a plumber and wasn't named Joe.

This shit has happened before, and its going to happen again. Me recognizing that isn't a problem.

If he didn't bring a gun, no one would have died, its that simple. He had no reason to bring a gun or being there. The law is extremely clear that you have a duty to retreat, going into a dangerous situation with a gun is the exact opposite of retreating. He lost his right to self defence long before the shooting started. People died just so he could LARP being a cop. And worse is that many more will die as a results of this ruling now that it's clear all you have to do to get away with murder is say it was self defence and make sure your victim is dead so they can't tell their side of the story.

Killing in self defense is not manslaughter. Manslaughter requires non-protective intent to kill.

And the intent must be demonstrated.
Thus, the irony is that if Gage shot Rittenhouse instead of backing down, he could claim self defence.

Always shoot first and ask questions later

Gaige was shot when he stopped backing down and pointed a gun at Kyle, per his own testimony. After he'd chased him down, might I add.

Not only that, but as a convicted felon he shouldn't have had a gun in the first place.

So no, all things considered, I'm pretty certain when I say he couldn't have claimed self defense.

Good on the jurors and godspeed to Kyle. And shame on the media. It's been nothing but a circus. I hope they all get sued to oblivion.
