I remember there being a website dedicated to (women's) feet seen in cartoons and anime. It was a glorified screenshot site. Totally Spies cropped up so many times. That show made a lot of boys, and girls for the matter, into bondage and feet.

I think someone is forgetting how often OG April O’Neil and Daphne Blake got captured every week and bound and gagged.
I never forgot, but Totally Spies has done it so many times. So much that April and Daphne's bound and gag capture rate is small by comparison. If anything, you should be saying that to the actual fans of this franchise that bother care about who came first.
I don't think Daphne was captured that often. I'm pretty sure Shaggy and Scooby were in peril more often than her.
I think of anyone was gonna be bound and gagged, it was gonna be Daphne. Scooby and Shaggy were in more general peril but I don’t recall them being captured, just chased a lot.
I gotta agree here. As a fan of scooby foo. I only know a few episodes where Daphnee was bound and gagged in the original series. They actually gave her a character upgrade when they brought her back for a few more Series in the 80s.
Must be my memory being VERY selective then. Which I would totally believe.
