Close and is part of the joke, but not the main joke. It does give you a clue about Alita and Cammy.
It looks like the cover art for some 90’s melodrama sitcom. Can’t remember the name of it but yeah that’s all I got.
The joke is that Cammy is based off of Alita. They even have almost the exact same backstory. Girls with no memories of who they were before. Starting off as cyborg and robotic like. Alita being an actual cyborg. Though Alita is very expressive from the beginning. Both have the perpetual pout (Cammy is usually frowning), octopus lips.
