I finally got a chance to watch the whole video. Apparently, you can get weapons instantly now when you find them. You no longer have to go through the long process of get blueprint, take back with you, then buy at store, and then finally able to use and upgrade. Blueprints are still in the remake, but are used to upgrade secondary fire or modification for your weapon. We all know about DS2 style gravity improvements implemented.
I thought of getting a used copy for $4, but I opted out and got something else.
Many a true nerd has a playtrough of it, he's an historian by trade so he talks a bit about the history behind it as he play trough it.
