Eh, some people say it's sorta an RPG.

I disagree with those people, or at least feel that requires a lot more explanation. It was a tabletop wargame, it had the attitude of an RPG in some respects, being a lot less formally structured than today and there was about a page of rules for randomly rolling or building "character" stats and progression but they were very, very basic. Killteam is more of an RPG than Rogue Trader.
