They showed the trailer just before watching FF4:FS at my local theater and I was not impressed. Fuck off Cameron. You signed off on using AI on your own 4K editions of Terminator movies. They look like shit.

This still looks a lot better than that, but then again T1/2 were ahead of their time visually.

Not worth the price point when they're charging a premium for these. My blu ray and standard dvd copies look better than the 4k editions. And those I got for pretty cheap.

Well, I was being sarcastic - The trailer is leaning hard into the Nick and Judy ship. Like, ridiculously fucking hard. The only ones at Disney who didn't know what was up here was the higher-ups who still think a ship is just something on the sea.

Another Bredan Fraser movie after his comeback. I don't think I ever hated any of his movies (Except for The Mummy 3). Whale was an amazing, emotional movie and this looks to be the same case

That one wasn't even his fault either. They couldn't get their actress who played Evie, because she was pregnant at the time. I don't like the third movie either. I'd just keep it to the first two. It is wonderful to see you in movies again.

Okay, "hate" is probably too strong of a word, because there were some elements in Mummy 3 that I unironically liked. Kinda annoyed the studio teased the 4th movie set in South America at the end, because they thought their decision would lead to success.....
