While that is true arrogance in a relationship is no bueno the optics are still sketchy.

It really just enforces this idea that if this person was traditionally attractive then they would just get away with murder. It's feels less of a cautionary tale and just a reinforcement of heirarchy.

I know miss Eillish didn't mean it but these kinds of takes make the manosphere, red pill or whatever they are going by salivate and feel justified.
