Brett Favre was the quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, a shit team that gave the 49ers fits for years, particularly during the playoffs in the 90s. Attractive, down-to-earth blondes are women with blonde hair who stereotypically attract cis men. Mary from There's Something About Mary checks all the boxes for a 10 under those conditions.
