I don't always agree with the guy, but he's nowhere near close to any of the guys you just mentioned. Every time I seen him ,I have yet to see himcomplain about diversity. Nor I have seen him encourage the harassment of women.
His work thus far suggests otherwise. 'Oh look, a comic about Anita Sarkeesian. Oh look, a comic about critics of Milo Yiannopoulos being violent rioters. Oh look, a comic depicting a feminist as a fat woman with pink hair. Oh look, ANOTHER comic about Anita Sarkeesian.'
Hence why I said I don't always agree with him. Nor do I subscribe to him or give him money. Some of those works I do find funny, others I'm usually indifferent or whatever.
Like I said, I'm baised toward that, since I think this juvenile shit in anime and Japanese games could seriously use some culling. I'd rather Japan stop being so weird about sex and grow up a little.

I'd like the Japanese entertainment industry to start doing do that actually. Stop the dumb boob grabs, accidental walk-ins into change rooms, the up-skirts, the booby bounces. Have sex be sex instead of this naughty, teasing bullshit. Have at least 10% of the teasing result in actual sex, that'd be a start.

I know Japan and its anime/gaming industry has of problems, don't sound so presumptuous. I don't like all this s*** they do either. but they can be adult about sex and mature themes, you just have to look harder for it. I can give you one recommendation: Catherine. The fact that you have to look harder for it kinda says it all though. I liked Cathrine well enough, and I'll give it points for starring characters who are in their thirties. But I hated how waifu the pink haired girl was, and Vincent pulls something toward the end that made me go 'Wow, fuck you buddy', and I never bothered finishing it.
The good news is more manga and lns are depicting sex. But the bad news is it is still a 16 year old's fantasy about sex.
I'm not really into current manga and anime much anymore, but I have heard that the whole declining birthrate in Japan is getting studios to make some anime to prod the youth into... getting busy. And not hentai stuff, but shows like Tsurezure Children and Darling in the Franxx. Don't know how I feel about anime that lowkey tries to tell its audience 'please go and have children please' though.

Like, the most you see in that TLOU2 scene (which lasts like 20 seconds at most) is some very brief nips and a bit of sideboob. I have seen the scene my self, but it's not about what's in it or how long it lasts. The main point is Sony acts like they have the high moral ground on what is and is not okay, when that is just another form of their arrogance and hypocrisy. The fact they will favor certain Western studios at times, while judging Japanese 3rd party companies arbitrarily on pathetic say so does not help. The fact they do censorship to seem more "progressive", to please a few wannabe feminists or those claiming to be hardcore feminists, or to "protect the children" says a lot.

All true. I'm assuming he didn't bother with the Nintendo thing, since it's pretty well-known at this point. It is still odd. He has his own Microsoft sucks or did something crappy videos as well. But those are from 2013 to 2016/17. For the record, it's Simmons who usually does these videos.
