I found this funny:
This one's funnier, artistic merits aside:

To me, the joke seems to be the juxtaposition between "now is the time for unity" and how the same people are using terms like "hopium" and "copium", to further make fun of those who lost.
Where do you get that they're all the same people?

We here in the future have realized that faith in a particular God is not an indication of your political party
Then why weren't "Trust Jesus" shirts allowed if has nothing to do with politics?

This is kind of like how "no sagging pants, no do-rags, no [insert other things black people stereotypically wear] is racial discrimination" One demographic is more likely to wear that over other demographics.

Democrats are more likely to wear BLM shirts, and Republicans are more likely to wear "Jesus" shirts, don't pretend that this isn't the case.

I'm quite happy saying that it's a really unwise interjection after pages and pages detailing increasingly futile, desperate and pathetic conservative attempts to prove election fraud.
I mean, at least there's an attempt. It's not just a commandment from above that must be accepted. I can't tell you the number of times I met the criticism "you don't believe Donald Trump cheated/stole/raped whatever? Well, you just can't be reasoned with then." I don't think there's fraud to overturn the election, I don't think these efforts are meaningful or helpful, but I can at least appreciate that people are trying to find proof and taking it to the judge rather than just asserting their own reality and condemning those who might disagree without ever doing anything about it.

Look at that, Michigan State Senate committee on oversight is having a hearing. A REALLY REAL hearing. Not in the lobby of a hotel. In a government building, with fancy chairs and desks and everything!

The bad news is, apart from the opening, they're just doing a rapid-fire "everyone has 3 minutes" witness shuffle.

They do get to present their testimony in full, in writing, but it also looks like a city council town hall type thing, where the people who are listening to the people don't really care.

No, this is separate from that. The guy who did the analysis we're talking about said he didn't have the data to determine whether or not dead people voted.

Matt Braynard goes in depth as to his methodology, and what he asked people on the calls, you can see that here:

Thank you for taking this seriously.
I just watched a witness make claims that only suggests there was fraud if you assume fraudulous intent and saying it's up to the state to prove there was no fraud...

I understand it's an other list but is it of any quality? How do they know the names of people they have found refer to the same people they have called and not to two different individuals with the same name?

To be honest I'm not sure I will bother listening to 40 minutes of an extremely partisan person speaking as he may very well be bullshitting everyone. What I've heard are very short phone calls which only include "Hi, are you Miss X?" "Yes" "Did you request a ballot?" "No". As I said, there are many issues with taking just that as evidence.

But you know what amazes me the most, why so much suspicion about an election that went exactly as it was expected to? Where were all the calls for audits and all that when Trump won against all odds? Everyone except the diehard Trumpists knew Biden had more chances to win, how is his victory so suspicious? The suspicious victory was Trump's in 2016, he was supposed to heavily lose against Hilary according to the polls, analysts and basically everyone except his hardcore followers.

Don't you see Trump is turning the US into a banana republic? After riling up militias who like to show up in military fatigues and with army grade weaponry, he is now questioning elections because he lost, the US is starting to look more and more like Somalia.

People were claiming Russian election meddling instead.

They're not just looking in the phone book. They have data that lists a voter's name, residence, and phone number. If the individuals themselves, when registering to vote, would have to put down the wrong phone number.

Of course they haven't, because they're not doing an investigation to find any, nor are they requesting Trump's team to state their case.

I have no problem with people investigating fraud.

I have a problem with people making bogus, ridiculous and poorly thought-out investigations of fraud, screaming "FRAUD" on websites and social media based on nothing or next-to-nothing, and launching absurd court cases against supposed fraud without the evidence to back it up.

That's just a PR campaign and/or mass delusion to fulfil the fantasies of narcissist who thinks it was a stitch-up every time he loses, be it a TV award, getting Time Magazine Man of the Year, and even an election he fucking won. I mean, this is a guy who awards himself amateur golfing trophies from his own golf clubs he didn't win. And somehow he's convinced millions of people to indulge his ego.

Here's an official response to that:
I think what Giuliani means is that the DoJ thinks their witnesses are a heap of shit. And to be fair to the DoJ, it's not like the Trumpistas have a good record with the fantasists and partisan liars witnesses they've found so far.

To paraphrase a certain tv personality;

Trump's Team's case is "Trump won, how can Biden have more votes? There has to be fraud, there's no other explanation!"

Have the DoJ been listening to the witnesses? Did they have a hearing?
They don't need a hearing when it's obvious from simply reading the affidavits that the "witnesses" range from untrained, unknowledgeable, and confused at best to morons or liars at worst. At some point you have to realize that you've been mislead and deceived by a bunch of con artists. When even Bill fucking Barr isn't willing to stand behind the party line, that should be one hell of an indication that you're wrong.

And on the contrary, people have been told to expect "the most safest and most secure election ever!" by the media, and so I can understand that there's a lot of resistance to the idea that the election wasn't as safe and secure as they were led to believe.

We've also had 5 years of 24/7 news wherein the media constantly bashes Trump and Republicans. Like the Two Minutes Hate from 1984, but one that lasts longer. Do you think that might influence behaviors as well?

I don't disagree with what you say, just "both sides" are guilty of being manipulated.
Of course. So we look at the solid, demonstrable evidence-- proven cases of widespread fraud. And we find nothing substantial.

You are currently acting like a conspiracy theorist.

They don't pony up useful evidence and think about things, so much as keep asking questions irrespective of their merit or putting their own thought into it: "But what about X? But what about Y? But what about Z?". It doesn't matter if their position is 99.99% disproven or absurd, the remaining 0.01% allows them to delude themselves they are somehow being reasonable, and it's just a quest to probe that 0.01% for all they're worth as if actually makes a difference.

The DOJ, run by one of Trump's fiercest allies and enablers, is quite happy to run bullshit investigations into people like Hunter Biden for Trump's gain. It is most surely going to investigate some witnesses who will blow the gaff on this alleged massive fraud... if it thought these witnesses were worth a damn.

You think the DoJ sits around listening to testimony that they haven't called for? Like they don't have anything else to do? Do you think that they go out and actively hunt for evidence and crimes to solve? Do they administer an agency or have an office specifically focused on elections?

So why do you think they already put forth their best effort to investigate the evidence from Trump's team?

These hearings, both the fake ones and the real one happening today, have been lasting 8 hours, and it's been witness after witness giving testimony after testimony. You're being the conspiracy theorist when you dismiss all of it as "there's no evidence".

You think Trump and possibly certain other Republicans are corrupt, possibly to the point of being criminal, and are more than willing to wipe their butt with the constitution, right? Why not extend that same courtesy to members of the democratic party? The only reason why you wouldn't would be partisanship.

Because it's run by a stooge who's more than happy to abuse his position to benefit his political allies. He'd love nothing more than for this conspiracy to be proven. And even he couldn't find anything solid.

Perhaps it would be more accurate to say "no good evidence". I watched the stream for a while, and it was a succession of people who clearly had enormous axes to grind, offering lots in the way of speculation, and not much in the way of actual solid fact.

It was shaky, imprecise, circumstantial testimony from highly partisan speaker after shaky, imprecise, circumstantial testimony from highly partisan speaker. And nothing from anyone with much actual knowledge of the process.

Trumps fans don't seem to like Barr, even going back 6 months. Granted, I haven't been paying attention to anything politics-related for more than a few months now, so I don't know, this is just what I can find. The general sentiment he was a tool of the deep state and a "swamp rat". Again, these are statements made 6 months ago by Trump's fans.

So this seems consistent with that, insofar as Trump's 'pedes are saying "we told you so"

I'm not talking about the sentiment among Trump's fans; figures seem to fall in and out of favour with them on a monthly basis (Flynn, Bannon, Mattis). Barr is recognised as one of the President's foremost allies & defenders.

Although, you're claiming above that the DOJ had "put forward their best effort to investigate"... but Giuliani and Ellis said there hadn't been "any semblance" of a DOJ investigation. Has there or no? Barr's statement seemed to only be referring to the court system, not a DOJ investigation.

But if you do subscribe to the idea that the DOJ would only investigate if there was substantial evidence....
