Discussion's been very passive aggressive for as long as I've visited. It's both frustrating and amusing how harsh the rules are on direct aggression (however light) but those rules can do nothing about the passive aggression.

Les Revenants is another great French programme which has a bit of a following in the UK. I've heard a few other people mention that.

Peep Show, Inbetweeners, IT Crowd as far as comedies go, but I don't know if the humour would translate. Can't think of any huge TV shows really. Everyone I know mainly just watches American TV shows online. Damn I remember that. Seemed to go on forever.
