When I hear live action super hero TV series, I can't help but feel like it's going to be boring and limited by it's TV budget. I never get what I want from a live action super hero TV series. Powers are displayed very little, costumes get dumbed down or taken away, characters are made cheaper...

It's not that WB has to copy what Marvel is doing, it's that WB has to understand their characters better. Marvel does Superman better than WB has with Man of Steel. Look at Captain America, his personality traits are what Superman should've been!
