HELL YES. Honestly, I liked Chronicles of Riddick about as much as I liked Pitch Black. For different reasons. Chronicles reminded me of the Robert E. Howard Conan books. Where Conan is smart, and vicious, and not generally very nice or heroic, and the scale is fairly epic.
