I haven't watched CN regularly since around 2008. Pretty much all the old shows I liked watching I have saved on an External Hardrive. But out of the new ones, I've taken a liking to Adventure Time and my mate keeps telling me about how good Young Justice is.
Metal Gear Solid 3 and Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 had pretty awesome bosses. Especially Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix. You could do battle with all 13 members of Organization XIII plus an extra boss that is still the hardest boss I've ever faced.
Half-Life resolutely stands as one of my favourite shooters of all time. The campaign is a good length, the creatures are interesting and fun to fight and the story never breaks immersion. I think of Halo as a pretty average series, but I don't hate it. Call of Duty has always bored me. With all...
Xiaolin Showdown and Samurai Jack both got canned without proper conclusions, more so with the latter, so I'd love to see them working again.
As for live action shows, I'm going to have to jump on the Firefly bandwaggon :P
I've already finished Duke Nukem Forever and Sonic Unleashed (both X360 versions), both of which people seem to widely hate, but I managed to finish both of them without coughing up blood. And aside from those asenine Werehog levels, I quite enjoyed Sonic Unleashed. Also I didn't find DNF as bad...
Activision would've been my vote a little while ago because of how over-priced all their games are (in NZ retail at least), but when EA flipped the bird to Steam and tried to push Origin upon us, that was the last straw...
I tried out Mount & Blade a while ago and it was embarrassing how badly I did. Also the Guitar Hero games, I just can't use the peripherals very well.
Yet despite these shortcomings, I'm still better at Super Meat Boy than any of my mates >:D
Mine was the original Crash Bandicoot for PS1. Oh I remember the amount of time, happiness and frustration alike that went into playing that game. I also remember how exited I was when my dad and I went off to the store to buy Crash 2 the following year :D
Biggest letdowns for me would have to be:
The Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions
Borderlands
Fallout 3 (the original ending)
and lastly, F.E.A.R 2. Who at Monolith came up with that crap?
Already preordered Saints Row: The Third, and I'm considering getting Skyrim at some point if it's any good, because I personally didn't like Oblivion, but that's just me. Multiplayer war shooters never really interested me, so MW3 and BF3 are irrelivent.
I remember playing "Klonoa: Door to Phantomile" when I was 10-11. The ending to that game got me pretty good.
Also a certain level set in Super Meat Boy had me close to tears of frustration. Unlocking the Kid. The most painful 2 hours of a video game I've ever spent ;_;
But once I beat it... >:D
