Are there any games that have a similar tone or message about sci fi shooters to what Spec Ops talked about with military fps?

Did anyone else feel a bit uncomfortable during that later level where you get captured and brought to the prison. I gave me a big concentration camp vibe especially with the body incinerator and the corpses in the labs like jesus christ. It's even worse when you remember that Manticore thing...

Call of duty............ just Call Of Duty..... I shouldn't have to elaborate. Also, Killer is Dead, great game, but the date scenes in the game caught me as sleazy and creeperish.

Hey, I'm looking for a multiplayer mech game that is similar to the anime macross or robotech. You know, robots transforming into jets and flying around. No human ground play, just pure jet transforming mechs, in space if possible.

Does anyone know if there are any anime or movies that are dark subversions of Japanese superhero tropes? Something along the lines of Evangelion or Madoka but with power rangers sentai style characters.
