Could anyone shed more light on how the left stick handles both running and aiming? That sounds annoying if you just want to aim but not move. Is there a way to "stand still" while rotating your character?
Totally agree with you. I felt pretty "meh" about the entire Halo franchise until I played Halo 4. Now I'm actually looking forward to more games and even the new show. (I just watched Forward Unto Dawn the other day, and the second half was pretty entertaining).
Well, I hope Microsoft was at least required to pay interest on their late payment.
The thing is, most large companies are typically very incompetent. Some are just better at hiding it than others.
I miss games like these (I loved W8). Legend of Grimrock was the closest I've seen to this style recently, but I'd like something like that with more story and open-world. (Any suggestions?)
Totally agree. Sometimes his ideas are so outside the box, the box is a dot to him, but that's what makes him interesting. He's kind of like a mad artist; not everything works, but it gets people talking.
Doesn't sound like a particularly compelling game but... I find it funny that a game where people are trying to improve their personal relationship to a point of a natural act that pretty much everyone experiences at some time in their life is "offensive". Yet games where people routinely maim...
I guess technically there could be "life" "anywhere"... But until you have something more concrete than some dark shapes on a black & white photograph, it should probably just be considered speculative fiction.
"I'm Commander Shepard and I approve this message!"
(Seriously though, I just hope that there are no achievements related to starting & finishing the game in a particular mode.)
Agreed. I'd rather get an in-game bonus for playing game demos than all the pre-order bonuses and retailer exclusives that are just so annoying these days. (Especially since I'm already interested in both of these games).
I think this is correct for the most part. Everyone I know who had an RROD had the console replaced under warranty. However I suppose if people got the RROD after the 3 year warranty period, then they would have to buy a new one.
I wish Microsoft would take a page from this and realize that people actually want good sales. Instead of offering incredibly bad 12 days of Christmas "deals" that are mostly just discounted DLC that no one cares about anymore.
I just can't get excited about pre-order bonuses anymore; they tend to add very little to my actual experience when I play a game. Last year I jumped on Dragon Age 2 for the pre-order bonuses, but unfortunately that game didn't really meet my expectations. I'd rather just wait a few extra months...
