Zero Punctuation: Wolfenstein: The New Order

I was quite pleased that there were no betrayals. It's a cliche that doesn't belong in FPS campaigns anymore.

Middle-Earth's Climate Mapped in Scientific Study

The fact that the University of Bristol's computing facilities had free time to do this sort of thing doesn't speak well of their reputation.

Zero Punctuation: Grand Theft Auto 5

Well that was disappointing. Plenty of significant problems with the game and he didn't even touch on them, like psychic cops and properties being worthless (in terms of money and constantly texting with annoying missions).

Zero Punctuation: Ride to Hell: Retribution

So is this worse than Big Rigs?

    First Person: Skyrim is Soulless

So you use only one example that's doesn't prove much. Ever considered that she wants to stay there?

Zero Punctuation: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Not discussing the flaws so you can take another swipe at games you have already denounced...sigh, how disappointing.

Duke Nukem Forever Tries Its Hand at Parody in New DLC

How do you even parody TeamFortress 2? It's not like the game is even serious or anything.

    Unskippable: Crysis 2 Part 1

This episode had me firing my Lasers of Amusement at the laptop screen.

"Easter Island statue for a head." I knew there had to be a comment about the long faces.

Plenty of good jokes in this one.

Extra Punctuation: Why Regenerating Health Sucks

And getting severely injured and possibly ending up in a no-won situation is definitely an incentive to explore. I have to admit the "walk it off" system would work well in multiplayer by discouraging camping.

    What if We Leveled Backwards?!

While compelling from a story point of view, I prefer having more access to gameplay options over time. The opposite kills replay value immensely, something I treasure a lot in a game.

Study Says Gamers Are Bad Drivers

Self-reporting and issues of statistical significance kind of make the conclusions iffy for me.

So You Got a Bad Game for Christmas

Surprise is overrated. Better to ask what people want so they'll be genuinely happy with their present.

Review: Fallout: New Vegas: Dead Money

Would be nice if it didn't make exploration so damn annoying. I regret buying that DLC.
