To be honest, I'm hoping this fixes the whole "I walk into a room and die with little warning" scenario that keeps showing up. There should be at least some kind of hint at some points in the game that something bad will happen and it felt like a few of those red flags were missing.
That's sort of the uncanny thing with FFXV. It's not a horrible game by any means, but it's like it loses out to every other game on keeping my interest going. I've already dove into horizon zero dawn and intend to jump back and try to make more progress in FFXV, assuming Mass Effect Andromeda...
An important life lesson for colonists: When going on a colonizing mission remember to take the M14 DMR and not the fully automatic assault rifle. Not sure if either would help against aliens due to the carapace, but at least the DMR can be used against a larger number of potential threats in a...
I really regret not getting in on backing this one. They had the kick starter at a time when I was between jobs and low on funds, so I had to axe my early patronage on many things that I wanted to back. Glad to see the game is still going strong.
So, does anyone else feel like they got to remind Nintendo that owning a game system is about playing fun games? I have no idea what the point of all the wrist waggling is if they can't even get decent games on the system. No one remembers the N64 because of the rumble vest or the crazy rumble...
Again, I said limited was fine. The problem is constructed has had some major issues as of late from mistakes like Felidar Guardian to overpowered end game cards that aren't fun to play against such as Emerakul. Someone can like MtG limited and still have problems with the more competitive...
Their limited environment is great and EDH is a blast, it's that they aren't supporting Modern constructed play as they should be largely due to the sets pre-dating Return to Ravnica needing a major reprinting and the lack of good answers coming in from standard. Standard constructed has been...
I know, this is what everyone I've been talking to has been saying looking at this thing. When they are FPS locking Zelda Breath of the Wild at 30 fps on the switch regardless if it is docked, are only upscaling to 920p, and the only advantage it has over the Wii U version is higher quality...
Wow, I would have thought they'd go with PS4 first as I thought it has a stronger install base. On the other hand, the xbox one needs all the love it can get right now. As much as the switch has my leery, the Xbox One has me feeling even more so after the cancellation of that platinum games title.
Just looked at the cost of the system + the game + a pro controller for the switch. I think shelling out that much at release for this guy may be a bit much if someone already has a Wii U and the only claim to fame is better sound and 900p resolution. With those graphics they got and the fact...
More like their entire card game is a bloated buggy mess. They have the worst secondary market of any game except possibly the Games Workshop repertoire and have stubbornly refused up to this point to do anything about it, let alone try to fix MTGO in a meaningful way. At least now they MAY...
I don't get this. Nintendo comes up with a new console idea and instead of learning from the Wii U they seem absolutely dead set to repeat it? In a world where the PS4 and Xbox One are now the "just good enough" tech for gameplay and the PC is now the higher end sibling, there is no room for a...
Not touching this doom train until we actually see good games for it. One good game from Nintendo is not going to get me running to the store and unleashing 300 usd for a quirky console.
Wow, I honestly forgot this game was still going right now. How does it survive when there's an army of games literally pouring out of the wood works that offer more content at this point? I tried going back into it for nostalgia, but it just doesn't hold up.
