Was considering getting Mass Effect 2 for PS3 and was just wondering if the DLC that's included with the PS3 edition is on the disc or if it's all a code. Also does the PS3 version have an online pass because I might get it used.

Is the combat varied? Mass Effect 2's combat was good but needed more variety in terms of some of the level structure.
